Nowdays, thanks to their reliable performances, renewable sources dominate the energy market, achieving great results.
The school also is gradually converting to "green energy", as in the case of the "Aldo Moro" elementary school and adjoining kindergarten in Vallo della Lucania (Salerno), in the middle of Cilento park.
An ECO20x, infact, has been installated for supplying energy and heat in the school buildings through the energy exploitation of residual biomass from maintenance operations in the Cilento park.
Biomass use will replace or reduce the consumption of diesel oil and natural gas, currently the only source in use for heating.
