On September, 9th, the new patrol boats of Carabinieri for transport and first intervention have been presented in Venice at the presence of Luigi Brugnaro, the mayor of the lagoon city.
They are 2 Class 100 and an hybrid Class 300: the latter, conceived for both endothermic and electric navigation thanks to the coupling of Vio Nautica's Volvo Penta system (Ruggero Vio S.r.l. in Marghera -VE) and Blue Hybrid System, entirely conceived and designed by CMD and distributed exclusively by Vio, allows silent navigation in protected areas with zero emissions.
The now well-proven collaboration between the two important companies continues, both with a single, decisive objective: to promote the development of green mobility.
